En concierto: Lenny Kravitz

A finales del mes de mayo, Lenny Kravitz , visitará Valencia para presentar a su público valenciano su noveno álbum de estudio “Black and white America”, un trabajo que se ha hecho esperar tres años, desde que viera la luz el último.

Este nuevo disco se ha grabado en un entorno natural y solitario, ¡como es el pueblo de las Bahamas donde vive, con solo 400 habitantes, y París, lleno de glamour y modernidad. La temática general del disco gira en torno al racismo de la América del siglo XXI, la de la era Obama y de las propias experiencias que él mismo ha vivido.

Musicalmente, es un disco influenciado por los sonidos del soul y del R&B, de bandas como Earth, Win and Fire, Quincy Jones y de las producciones de los Brothers Johnson. Y ha contado con colaboradores como Jay Z hasta el Dj local del pueblo donde vive en las Bahamas.

In late May, Lenny Kravitz, visit Valencia to present to your audience Valencian their ninth studio album "Black and white America," a work that has been waiting three years since last seeing the light.

This new album was recorded in a natural setting and lonely as the people of the Bahamas where he lives, with only 400 inhabitants, and Paris, full of glamor and modernity. The general theme of the album revolves around the racism of the American century, the era of Obama and the experiences that he has lived.

Musically, it's an album influenced by the sounds of soul and R & B bands like Earth, Win and Fire, Quincy Jones and productions of the Brothers Johnson. And has had collaborators like DJ Jay Z to the local village where he lives in the Bahamas.
