Pimientos Rellenos de Arroz
La cocina valenciana sabe aprovechar como ninguna otra los frutos de su tierra. Como ejemplo, esta receta que aúna en un mismo plato uno de los más típicos productos de la huerta, el pimiento, y de la Albufera, el arroz. Un plato sano y con muchas vitaminas, perfecto como primero o para una cena ligera.
Ingredientes:
4 pimientos grandes; 400 gr. de arroz; 400 gr. de carne picada; 1 cebolla grande; 2 tomates maduros; 6 ajos; aceite; sal; azafrán.
Preparación :
Raciones : 4 Calentamos el aceite en una sartén y echamos la carne picada. A medio sofreír añadimos la cebolla cortada, los ajos laminados y el tomate rallado. Cuando esté bien sofrito ponemos el arroz y el azafrán. Mezclamos todos los ingredientes y rellenamos los pimientos que untaremos por fuera con un poco de aceite. Por último los introducimos en un horno precalentado a 180°C.
